Job Description: We have an engaging opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. If you have a passion for numbers and precision, and you are up-to-date with business and technological trends, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including invoicing, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and streamlining accounting functions and operations.
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices.
Maintain and update financial records.
Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements.
Assist with financial and tax audits.
Assisting with budget preparation.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Addressing informational requests from management and supporting audit functions.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting clerk experience.
Familiarity with accounting software programs and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
A problem-solver eager to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
