Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The Accounting Clerk will be a key player in our finance department, with a focus on account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Execute account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Handle billing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other tasks.

• Process financial documents, including invoices, and ensure they are correctly entered and filed.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action in case of discrepancies.

• Ensure all financial records and documents are organized and easily accessible.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts and billing.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth running of financial operations.

• Stay abreast with the latest industry trends and best practices. Requirements • Must possess skills in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Experience in Billing is essential

• Should have the ability to perform Data Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing is needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge and experience in using Oracle is necessary

• QuickBooks skills are essential

• Familiarity with SAP is a must
