Description
We are inviting applications for the role of a Billing Clerk based in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves compiling data to process invoices. It is an opportunity to work with a growing company and contribute to the efficient billing operations of our team.
Responsibilities:
Gather information to complete invoices and prepare for billing
Verify accuracy of rates and calculations of fees
Revise and research billing errors
Analyze operational documents prior to invoicing
Consult rate books and manuals to determine and verity specific charges
Generate basic reports
Prepare invoices for transmittal to customers Support Accounts Receivable in accruals and monthly close Process Improvement
Requirements
1+ years prior Billing experience
High comfort level with ERP Systems
Strong Excel Skills
High Attention to Detail
Ability to Multi-Task in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a Team
Work closely with customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Excellent verbal communication skills.
General knowledge of office duties.
Self motivated and able to work with little direction while under general supervision.
High School diploma (or equivalent)
