Description We are in search of a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky. The CFO will play a crucial role in guiding the organization during a dynamic time of growth, focusing on investment opportunities, financial analysis, and advising on financial strategy. Over time, this role will expand to include financial oversight of additional facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and goals.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.

• Lead the preparation of financial statements and operating reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and accounting data.

• Regularly review financial statements and operating reports with the management team.

• Assess organizational performance against budget with the management team.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding finance, accounting, and tax matters.

• Stay informed of financial market and regulatory changes, advising leadership of necessary adjustments.

• Manage tax compliance and return preparation processes with external CPA firms.

• Collaborate with the management team to analyze investment opportunities and monitor operational performance.

• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects from various stakeholders to meet deadlines efficiently and accurately.

• Lead the financial modeling and due diligence process for potential investments.

• Recommend optimal deal structures and lead discussions with professional service partners.

• Manage key outsource partners for IT, HR, and ERP tools, ensuring robust and secure financial reporting platforms and effective talent management.

• Leverage technology to achieve cross-company efficiencies. Requirements • Extensive experience in managing Accounting Functions

• Proven track record in carrying out Auditing tasks

• Proficiency in managing Budget Processes

• Demonstrable experience in Capital Management

• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis

• Must hold a valid CPA certification

• Experience in Investment Management

• Strong skills in Financial Reporting
