Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky

Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative available for work in Louisville Kentucky. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, mainly handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and processing transactions. If you are a problem-solver who can deliver a friendly and professional customer service experience, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Process orders, applications, requests, and prepare and distribute customer-activity reports.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution to solve the problem.

  • Follow-up on customer interactions.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience or experience in a related field.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Ability to build relationships and adapt to various types of customers.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle stressful situations with grace and diplomacy.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
