Description
We are looking for a meticulous and capable Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing personnel files, facilitating employee onboarding, and assisting in recruitment and sourcing activities. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain personnel files in an organized manner
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Assist in recruitment and sourcing activities to fill vacancies promptly
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR department
• Utilize your administrative experience to streamline HR processes
• Use your skills in Corporate Recruiting and Sourcing to attract and hire top talent
• Carry out HR administrative duties like Paper Filing and documentation
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Proficiency in Paper Filing and other Filing systems
• Experience in Onboarding new employees
• Familiarity with Corporate Recruiting processes
• Proven Administrative Assistance experience
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and computer systems
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
