We are in search of a meticulous Payroll Coordinator to be a part of our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. Your main function will be to manage all tasks related to payroll, including processing, managing new hire paperwork, inputting employment information, and handling benefit changes. This role also includes addressing payroll queries and overseeing accounting for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure completion and accuracy of all new hire paperwork

• Input new hire employment details into the system

• Implement changes in benefits as and when required

• Act as the primary contact for all field payroll questions

• Manage accounting tasks for multiple construction projects

• Process employee reimbursements accurately and promptly

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel for various payroll tasks

• Administer 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions

• Execute check processing and full cycle payroll activities

• Utilize skills in About Time, Accounting Functions, and Benefit Functions for efficient execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with Ceridian, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration is necessary

• Familiarity with About Time software would be advantageous

• Ability to handle various accounting functions is required

• Proficiency in benefit functions and check processing is essential

• Experience in construction full cycle payroll is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is required.
