Description We are in the process of recruiting a Staff Accountant, who will be based in Lowell, Arkansas, 72745, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The Staff Accountant will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with everyday accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to validate the accuracy of financial data

• Assist with the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts

• Play a significant role in the month-end close process, maintaining the general ledger and making necessary journal entries

• Handle accounts payable and receivable responsibilities

• Generate comprehensive financial reports

• Utilize QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline financial processes and maintain accounting data

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards at all times. Requirements • Applicant must possess strong proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated ability in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is mandatory

• Proficiency in maintaining and managing General Ledger is required

• Experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries is a must

• Applicant must have experience in Month End Close processes

• Proficiency in NetSuite is required

• Knowledge and experience in using Oracle is a must

• Experience in QuickBooks is highly desirable

• SAP skills are essential for this position.
