Major responsibilities

  • Support a variety of projects for other employees

  • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

  • Receive and tend to visitors

  • Handle telephone calls Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research

    • Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Experience with Patient Medical Records

  • Hands-on experience with Prior Medical Office

  • Good understanding of Medical Insurance

  • Administrative Assistance experience desired

  • Microsoft Word experience desired

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Office Products

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience highly preferred

  • Adeptness in Office Administration

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong familiarity with Administrative Proceedings

  • Earlier work involving Medical Front Office

  • Knowledge of Administrative Office

  • General familiarity with Patient Scheduling

  • Medical Staff Office experience highly valued

  • Microsoft Word experience required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Office

  • Microsoft Office Application experience highly desired

  • Background working with email

  • Healthcare Administration experience highly desired

  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  • Comprehension of medical terminology

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office 365

  • Foundational knowledge in Administrative Tasks

  • Practical knowledge of scheduling

  • Previous experience working with medical records

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
