Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in Lutherville, Maryland. Our new team member will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including invoices, collections, and reconciliations of accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and send out invoices to tenants in a timely manner
• Track and update past due tenant balances regularly to ensure accuracy
• Conduct collection calls when necessary, maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• File paperwork
• Reconcile tenant accounts regularly to ensure all payments and charges are correct
• Utilize various software, including Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP, to perform duties efficiently and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date records and data entry to ensure smooth operations
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including billing
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in an Assistant Property Manager role or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with billing processes and procedures.
• Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous experience in invoice processing.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
