Robert Half International Call Center Representative in Lynnwood, Washington


A reputable credit union in the heart of Lynnwood is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to their needs with the credit union and to handle and resolve complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

  • Typical duties of a customer service representative

  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls

  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems


  1. MUST be able to pass a background check and credit check (no delinquencies over $4000)

  2. MUST have customer service on the phone experience. For example; call center or fast paced receptionist work

  3. MUST be comfortable with email correspondence

  4. POSITIONS are all located in Lynnwood at their office.


  6. MUST be able to work some Saturdays (may change over time but need to be flexible with working weekends)
