Robert Half Contracts Manager in Lynnwood, Washington
ROBERT HALF is partnering with a large corporation for a Contracts Manager. The role offers a competitive salary DOE, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K + match, PTO, transportation stipend and more! The role is open to fully remote candidates within the Washington area.
Contract lifecycle management and negotiation
Work with Long Term / Override Agreements, Product Support Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, and Sales Representative/Distributor agreements
Drive profitable growth and mitigate contractual and legal risk/liability
Ensure compliance with all contracts policies and procedures
Participate in contract risk monthly reviews
Ensure compliance with all FAR and DFARS regulations applicable to US government contracts.
Execute and continuously improve processes and procedures for customer contracts management
5+ years of experience in a Contracts Management role
Experience negotiating contracts
Drafting and managing NDAs, Non-Competes and Vendor/Service Agreements
Utilizing a CLM tool
Juris Doctor (ideal but not required)
