Description

Robert Half is looking for a Contract Human Resources Coordinator for our local clients ongoing needs in the area.

The Contract Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and general HR inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews

• Assist with onboarding processes, such as preparing new hire documents, scheduling orientations, and ensuring new employees have a smooth start

• Maintain accurate employee records, including processing changes to employee status, payroll information, and contact details

• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures

• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement events and training sessions

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as employee handbooks, onboarding packets, and company policies

• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in HR support, coordination, or related roles

• Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
