How you will make an impact

  • Support a variety of projects for other employees

  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes

  • Greet and direct visitors

  • Handle telephone calls

  • Manage correspondence internally and externally to department directors

  • Set up and track appointments for managers

  • Provide support by using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Requirements

  • Adeptness in alphanumeric data entry

  • Microsoft Word experience desired

  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred

  • Switchboard phone (10 -30 lines) experience

  • Microsoft Excel experience required

  • Experience with internal communications

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Skills in internet research

  • Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
