Description
We are looking for a skilled CFO to join our team near Troy, Michigan. The CFO will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial strategy, cash flow, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. The role will also involve driving a digital transformation program within the company and supporting the company's M& A process with due diligence and integrations. MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the President and the Executive Team to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations
• Streamline operational finance and accounting functions, model out financial decisions, and create a road map for continued growth
• Identify cost reductions and productivity improvements, recognizing growth opportunities while partnering with the business unit leadership teams
• Manage treasury functions: banking relationships, cash management, investing
• Recommend capital structure and allocation strategies plus financing needs
• Track and report business unit Key Performance Indicators and goals
• Oversee the capital budgeting and approval process
• Manage business unit job cost accounting
• Drive a digital transformation program within the company
• Support the company’s M& A process with due diligence and integrations.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Director of Finance/ VP Finance or CFO with 10+ years of experience
• Job Costing/ Manufacturing is a must
• Familiarity with CapEx
• Experience in implementing ERP system
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Ability to handle Capital Management
• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
