Robert Half Accountant in Madison, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is within the financial sector, where the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and executing a variety of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process various financial transactions and generate financial reports.

• Handle financial services in collaboration with ADP - Financial Services.

• Apply Cl Programming for efficient data management and reporting.

• Manage expense reports and other related tasks using Concur.

• Engage with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimal resource management.

• Oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Perform regular auditing for financial accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain Balance Sheet Account ensuring all financial data is up-to-date.

• Apply accounting functions, including the preparation of journal entries, account analysis, balance sheets, and other financial statements. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in Cl Programming

• Knowledge of Concur usage

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account
