Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our team of C-Level Executives while also handling some light level HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and eager to take on varied responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide full administrative support to C-level executives in a professional and timely manner maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Manages complex scheduling and meeting coordination, and arrange travel itineraries ensuring accurate and timely arrangements.

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents using various software.

  • Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and clients assisting in the resolution of high-priority projects or issues.

  • Organizes and maintains file systems and handle requests for information and data effectively.

Human Resources Support

  • Assists the HR department in data entry, performance tracking, recruiting processes, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with regulations.

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating office procedures and systems to ensure efficient operations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field

  • 3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience

  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Comfortable navigating the world of benefits contract language

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
