We are seeking a highly experienced Controller to act as the point person for our IQMS system implementation project. This temporary role will be crucial in guiding the company through the transition from one system to another, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IQMS and a strong background in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IQMS Implementation Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to the IQMS implementation. Utilize your expertise in IQMS to guide the team through the transition process, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Training and Support: Work closely with the IQMS implementation team to facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure staff are proficient in using the new system. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the transition period.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement. Implement solutions to streamline these processes within the IQMS system.

  • System Utilization: Assist in setting up reporting structures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions within IQMS. Provide guidance on building financial statements and charts using the new system.

  • Parallel Run Management: Coordinate the parallel run of the systems until full implementation. Ensure data integrity and consistency across both platforms during this transitional period.

  • Experience Sharing: Share your expertise and experience with the team, providing guidance and mentorship to staff members who may be unfamiliar with system implementations.

  • Accounting Experience: Lead the team in setting up a new chart of accounting, building reporting, and developing a financial reporting package. Assist the team in outlining accounting procedures in the new system to be aligned with the accounting policies.

This is a temporary position with a duration through the end of summer.   • Proven experience with IQMS system implementation is essential.

  • Strong background in financial management, with expertise in building financial statements and analyzing financial data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support staff members.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

  • Previous experience with system transitions and change management is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
