Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin

Description

Specialty pharmacy on Madison's West Side is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a TEMPORARY position that will start Nov. 23, 2020 and go through mid-March 2021!

In this role, you will be:

--taking inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding questions related to specialty medications prescribed to the patient (and/or side effects the patient may be experiencing)

--making some outbound calls to patients to schedule deliveries of specialty medications and ensuring patient information is correct

--data entry to document phone calls

Although you would be working in a call center, it is not a high volume call center, so you would not have to rush through calls.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Although the role is 40 hours per week, they need folks who are flexible enough to work different shifts. The earliest you would ever start work would be 7:45 am, and the latest you would ever get done with work would be 7 pm. The position is Mon – Fri (no weekends).

Prior call center experience is required.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills, including at least 2 years of prior call center experience

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Knowledge of MS Outlook

  • Solid understanding of data entry

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
