Robert Half International Customer Success Representative in MADISON, Wisconsin
One of our clients, a prominent national financial institution, is looking to hire someone to work REMOTELY (from home) part-time (30 hours per week) to help loan officers navigate a new online software lending platform. The position would entail taking calls from loan officers at banks around the country who have questions about the new platform and helping them to troubleshoot the issues. No prior IT experience is needed.
This position requires:
• At least 2 years of prior experience working in a customer service role at a bank or credit union
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work on Saturdays
The client would provide you with the computer equipment that you would use. You would just have to provide a reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.
This position will start on Nov. 30, 2020, and will go until about the end of May 2021. It is not guaranteed to go full-time.
The pay rate is $20-29/hr., depending on experience.
The client is based in Madison, but because the position is remote, you could do it from anywhere. You would have to be able to commute to Madison on the first day, however, to pick up the computer equipment.

Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Customer service and office administrative skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
