Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will primarily focus on administrative tasks such as data entry, auditing, and managing contract claims. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves collaboration within a team setting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed data entry and update database with relevant information pertaining to contract claims
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to resolve any claim issues or discrepancies
• Conduct auditing tasks to validate the accuracy of claim entries and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Evaluate and process contract claims accurately and within specified timelines
• Continuously improve knowledge of different types of contract claims and stay updated on modifications in related regulations
• Apply a high level of attention to detail in reviewing contracts and identifying any errors or discrepancies
• Participate actively in team meetings and share insights and solutions to streamline the claim process
• Be open to asking queries to gain clarity and avoid mistakes in the claim process
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficient in 10 Key Skills
