Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a Senior/Lead Desktop Support Analyst for a contract to hire role. The Senior/Lead Desktop Support Analyst will be running lead on special projects, dealing with escalated tickets, and provide mentorship to peers. You will also help prioritize tickets and projects as they come in. You will be providing support to over 200 end users with a diversity of technical issues. Ranging from mobile devices, assigning desktops, imaging, SCCM, application support, and phone systems.

Major responsibilities
Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Requirements
We are looking for an individual that has been a Team Lead or Senior Desktop Support professional with a minimum of five or more years. This individual is looking to grow from a Team Lead or Senior to a Supervisor in the next 1-2 years.
5+ years of desktop support or other related experience
ShoreTel - VOIP experience
Deep understanding of Mobile Device Support
PC desktop/workstations experience preferred
Microsoft SCCM experience
PowerShell Scripting experience highly desired
Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
