Description
Robert Half is partnering with a local energy company to provide them an InfoSec or Senior Security Operations Analyst who can jump in and take over a leadership role right away.
If you're looking to join a team to make an impact and grow this is a great opportunity. The benefits package is great with a 10% bonus each year.
You'll be working with 2 other people on the team. They are SME in their own solution sets that they are primaries on. Consistently work with Enterprise, network, and server teams.
Typical day: Preventative, detective and working with hands on solutions. You're constantly managing tool sets, responding to alerts, and then there is project work at different times during the year. There is also the proactive side where you'll be actively threat hunting as well.
Must haves:
Splunk, Security, Onion, Snort - current person handled all of this, back-end components
Performance analysis on alerts - not just reactive but dig in
Communication skills - training others
Incident response, security
Plus to have: Architecture, Checkpoint, Network Segmentation, Cloud security
