Description
Solid Business Analyst opportunity available in Madison! One of Robert Half's best clients is in search of a candidate with strong billing experience to join their growing team. Responsibilities:
Analyze telecommunications services, including client inventory setups, identifying savings opportunities, rate input from RFP responses, and conducting regular reviews and audits with clients and vendors
Perform complex data entry tasks for project deliverables, including invoice processing, client feed sending, and oversight of project task completion by other analysts
Assist in creating various project deliverables including preliminary, final, audit and quarterly reports, variance reports, RFPs, and cost analysis spreadsheets
Coordinate the implementation of recommendations, contacting vendors for orders, ensuring proper request implementation and credit issuance
Act as a crucial resource for customer inquiries during implementation phase and coordinate multiple vendors in larger-scale implementations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Demonstrable experience in account analysis
• Familiarity with handling invoices, including customer invoices and coding invoices
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
