We're Seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative!

OfficeTeam has a need for a highly-skilled, articulate Medical Customer Service Representative to join the growing workforce in the Insurance - Health industry. What you get to do every day

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Expertise in Insurance Authorization

  • Experience with Call Center Customer Service

  • Proven knowledge of pharmacy

  • Medical Benefits experience desired

  • Strong familiarity with Insurance Benefits

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
