Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Description

CPA firm is looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong AR, AP and Payroll experience. This role will be responsible for maintaining income and expenses, invoice processing, assisting with general ledger reporting, preparing bank reconciliations, monitoring inventory controls, processing bi-weekly payroll, coordinating with external auditors, processing billing, and preparing financial reports and statements on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. The successful Full Charge Bookkeeper must have QuickBooks knowledge, payroll processing experience, knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping systems, and the ability to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

· Manage accounts receivable/payable transactions

· Process and generate vendor invoices

· Maintain general ledger

· Process bi-weekly payroll

· Reconcile monthly bank statements

· Prepare tax documents

· Review payroll tax payments

· 1099 Preparation

· Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations

· Review sales tax

· Prepare financial statements

· Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

The ideal Full Charge Bookkeeper will have an Associates degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Full Charge Bookkeeper role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of bookkeeping experience

· Public Accounting experience preferred

· QuickBooks experience a MUST

· Payroll/Payroll tax experience a MUST

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
