Robert Half International SEO Analytics Lead in MALVERN, Pennsylvania

Description Seeking a detail oriented, SEO detail oriented with extensive analytics and technical SEO expertise!! In this position, you are expected to be the expert in search algorithms, keyword research and essential page optimization while recommending compelling site meta content for the highest possible page ranking. and tracking site performance and behavioral analytics.

This position is currently remote due to COVID-19, but will be based in King of Prussia, PA. Only local applicants are being considered at this time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Help to define SEO strategy and execute SEO programs for various business teams and portfolio of products. Perform competitive analysis for top competitors and top converting key phrases. Monitor website performance, document site activity, pull analytics reports, perform quality assurance checks. Advise on competitive SERP analysis, SEO progress and keyword opportunity for stakeholders. Troubleshoot SEO issues, projects, A/B tests, pilots, keyword research, and strategy. Measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies in generating increased experience in web traffic and goal conversion. Drive various cross-team initiatives to implement SEO best practices and drive platform and tool improvements. Monitor performance metrics such as page ranking, content efficiency, site traffic trends, conversion optimization for our properties while providing actionable insights and advancing opportunities. Help to develop and implement tagging strategy (GA, GTM or other analytics platform) including xml sitemap optimization, while troubleshooting to ensure proper site indexing. Monitor competitor performance and provide recommendations to ensure properties defend and grow organic market share. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of experience as a SEO Analyst in an advertising agency, studio, or corporate marketing environment. Expertise with Google Search Console (required), Google Analytics 360 and/or Adobe Analytics Strong working knowledge of technical SEO (.xml sitemaps, page load speed, canonicalization, URL structure, etc.). Proficiency with SEO tools, including SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs. General coding knowledge and ability to collaborate with developers (HTML, XHTML, CSS, and other XML based applications preferred)
