Description
A well-respected healthcare facility in Manalapan seeks an experienced Controller. If you have over ten years of healthcare experience, you could be a fit. Any experience with Medicare billings is ideal but not required. This opportunity is open due to the impending retirement of the incumbent. Experience working in a nursing home, hospital or physicians practice is preferred along with good supervisory skills.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and analysis.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Oversee and manage all financial operations within our healthcare organization.
Analysis of cost reports and Medicare billings.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve high performance.
Supervising 4 in all reporting and general accounting functions.
