A well-established waste management company located near Manalapan Township, NJ, with hybrid schedule is looking to a Senior Accountant/Cash Management.

• Weekly ACH and positive pay – payments.

• Maintains Daily Cash Position Report.

• Verifying and reconciling intercompany transactions and accounts.

• Reconciles Daily Cash to Cash Entries from Sub Ledgers or Operating Systems.

• Purchase Cards and American Express Cards.

• Posts to GL and verifies they tie to bank.

• Assists with closing of smaller companies.

  Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3yrs plus general accounting and cash management experience. Great Plains experience a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
