Description
Robert Half has a Direct Hire opportunity for an IT Manager with an MSP client in the Manasquan, NJ area. As an IT Manager, you will responsible for leading and coordinating a small team of IT Support Technicians along with remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a small team of IT technicians, ensuring prompt resolution of client requests and support tickets.
· Coordinate technician schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet client service level agreements, prioritizing tasks as needed.
· Act as a key point of contact between technicians and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
· Develop business proposals, oversee project workflows from inception to completion, and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
· Contribute to recruitment, training, and ongoing development of service technicians, while collaborating on strategic initiatives for business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in IT services, particularly within an MSP environment.
· Demonstrated success in managing service delivery operations and project workflows.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
· Proficiency in IT infrastructure and systems, with familiarity in project management and IT ticketing software preferred.
