My client, a well-established healthcare facility in Northern Virginia, is looking for an Executive Office Manager. The Executive Office Manager is primarily responsible for the administration of the Executive Office and the Board of Directors. The Executive Office Manager is a partner to the CEO in fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the CEO’s partner, the Executive Office Manager will run day-to-day operations to enable him/her to focus his efforts on the company, the clients and its employees. The Executive Office Manager will be responsible for:
Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials and reports
Managing email inboxes and composing correspondence
Arranging travel and accommodations
Supervising front desk and support staff
Qualifications to be considered for the Executive Office Manager position:
5+ years of Executive Support or experience supporting senior leadership
Previous management experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be an effective team player
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Experience in government or health care organization preferred
