Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers to discuss their accounts and payment options
Provide support and guidance to help customers understand their billing and payment plans
Negotiate payment arrangements in a way that works for both the customer and the company
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years experience in Collections
Consumer or financial collections a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
