Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in Manchester, New Hampshire

Description We are inviting applications for a Help Desk Analyst III role in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be part of our in-house IT team, providing high-quality customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be responsible for desktop support, handling software, AV equipment, telephony matters, and other IT-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk

• Deliver high-quality customer service for all end-user client requests and incidents

• Provide technical support for all Audio/Visual related systems including display devices, projectors, video conferencing, and control systems

• Provision user and computer accounts across the enterprise

• Assist customers with training and connectivity to various AV conferencing solutions

• Support customers with mobile and desk phone setup and training

• Create and maintain step-by-step training material and process documentation for customers and IT department

• Maintain daily performance and inventory of computer fleet and IT-owned assets

• Work through the problem-solving process with customers, empowering them to do the same in the future

• Report and escalate significant and recurring issues and trends

• Collect feedback to determine patterns and issues for resolution or documentation in a knowledgebase

• Stay current with technology trends and changes for the systems and software we support Requirements • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or related field

• Proficient in Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Lotus Notes

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools

• Experience with Active Directory

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Proven skills in Deskside Support

• Familiarity with Desktop Hardware

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
