Description We are currently looking for an Administrative/Sales Support Assistant for a great company in the Manchester, NH area. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the sales and operations departments to ensure the upmost quality and satisfaction for their clients. The major responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant will include but won’t be limited to: - Provide support for multiple departments with heavy customer contact via phone and email, organizing product order process, and handling appropriate paperwork - Manage and update customer information in the company’s database - Complete order creating and processing, and keep all date accurate and active - Handle logistics for purchase order deliveries - Assist in the monitoring of daily orders to ensure timeliness - Perform and ad-hoc projects when necessary - Working out of ERP system to track any current, past or new orders
The Administrative/Sales Support Assistant position will be a temporary to full-time opportunity that will run Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Bi-lingual English / Spanish strongly preferred. Minimum of three years relevant experience required; prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred. College education may be substituted for work experience. Microsoft Office experience required, including demonstrated knowledge of Excel. Individual must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills and decision-making skills. detail oriented telephone skills are essential.
