Description

We are partnering with a growing company to recruit for an exciting opportunity for a Director of Sales in the Greater New Orleans area. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to business to business sales, CRM software utilization, sales strategy development, and client prospecting. This role is integral to our team's efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, and it requires strong customer service, CRM, and B2B sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM software to accurately track and manage sales activities and client interactions

• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy

• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our company's goals

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through diligent work and strategy execution

• Identify potential business clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research

• Prospect potential business clients with a strategic and focused approach

• Use your strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

• Exhibit leadership in your role and contribute positively to our team dynamic.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales role or similar capacity

• Proven skills in Customer Service, CRM, and B2B Sales

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using various software applications related to the job

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
