Established business and wealth management firm in Manhattan beach has partnered with Robert Half legal in their search to secure an experienced FULLY REMOTE contract Litigation attorney.
If you enjoy litigation involving estate administration and real property this is the project for you!
The Project
This project requires a strong civil litigator
Remote Litigation attorney will be working on one case involving a dispute about real property
Support complex discovery related to real estate
Draft discovery motions
Must be strong in law and motion: Motion to compel etc.
Must be barred in CA
Must take ownership of the work and be able to work with a team
This project could run until the end of the year
Requirements
-Must be Licensed and in good standing with CA BAR
Those with 5+ years of experience preferred
