We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in Manhattan, Kansas, for 4-6 weeks. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and entering accurate medical data, working with a large group of people in a fast-paced environment.

COMPLETION BONUS TO BE PAID OUT AFTER THE CONTRACT IS COMPLETE. Fully ON-SITE position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of medical data into the EHR SYSTEM

• Efficient filing and organization of medical records and documents

• Providing clerical support to the medical team as required

• Ensuring all data entries are compliant with privacy and security regulations

• Proactively resolving any data discrepancies or issues

• Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Utilizing your skills in data entry and documentation to improve operational efficiency

• Ensuring all tasks are completed within given timelines

• Communicating effectively with team members and superiors regarding task progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements • Proficiency in EHR SYSTEM is a must for this role

• Strong data entry skills are required

• Ability to handle and maintain documentation effectively

• Candidates should have experience in a medical setting

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are needed

• Good organizational skills are necessary

• Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of medical terminologies is an added advantage

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher qualification in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.

• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Candidates should have high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
