The Paralegal must be bilingual in Spanish / English and have 2+ years of related legal experience. Conduct phone intakes of potential clients
Serve as the point of contact for clients and answer incoming calls
Prepare court filings and file electronically
Organize and maintain case files
Prepare discovery materials for production
Providing general administrative and case support
2+ years of experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Litigation experience highly preferred
Experience with conducting client intake interviews
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong time management skills preferred
