Description

We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Major responsibilities

  • Be comfortable taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  • Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  • Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  • Construct onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  • Produce official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  • Design employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  • Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

  • Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  • Organize physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

Requirements - Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage time well
