Human Resources Manager (On site) - Mansfield

Growing manufacturing company has a need due to rapid growth to create policies and procedures and develop a strong HR function. This will be a true Generalist role with responsibilities in Compliance, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Hiring and overseeing a payroll specialist. This role has the opportunity for rapid growth as well. Hands on role with a tactical and strategic mind for the future.
