This role is 1 day in office, 4 days work from home. Our client is a larger, well-respected non-profit located in the East metro that is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. The role is open due to growth. They have a great mission, that garners a ton of support. This role would have a career path to Director of Finance down the road, as the current Director is going to get promoted into the CFO role. They would like to find someone with 3+ years of experience that is hungry and wants to grow with the role. This role would manage two people and would be in charge of the financial statement analysis, month-end prep and journal entries. This role would also work closely with the auditors. They offer excellent benefits, with a 403B match of 4% and good vacation time. They offer great work life balance as well, 40-hour work weeks.
