Your responsibilities in this role
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Field and send written business correspondence
Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
Answering Inbound Calls experience desired
Good understanding of Resolve Customer Service
Customer Shipments experience preferred
Experience with Supply Chain Logistics
Quality experience with data entry
Strong familiarity with Inventory Tracking
Wide ranging experience with customer service
Earlier work involving Superior Customer Service
Command of Outbound Shipments
Skills in logistics & distribution
General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Practical knowledge of Data Management
Comprehension of Logistics Industry
Outgoing Shipments experience highly desired
Well-founded grasp of Email Correspondence
Proven knowledge of Track Shipments
Previous experience working with logistics
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
2+ years of past relevant experience
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
