Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Marietta area that is looking for an HR Generalist with a focus in training. The HR Generalist will report into the HR Director and will support 500+ employees. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR Team and make an immediate impact. Experience with Workday and ADP is a plus. This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

• Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed when an employee leaves the company

• Maintain accurate records of I9's and perform regular audits to ensure compliance

• Conduct recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

• Work on miscellaneous HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department

• Manage employee relations, acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries

• Oversee HR administration tasks, ensuring all processes are carried out accurately and efficiently

• Manage personnel file maintenance, ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidential

Requirements

• Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday a plus

• Capability to handle Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks

• Experience in Onboarding new employees and maintaining Personnel Files

• Skilled in Training & Development of staff

• Ability to handle Terminations in a professional and ethical manner
