Robert Half Audit Manager - Public in Marina Del Rey, California

Description

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an Audit Manager to support our client, CPA Firm, on a 100% remote part-time engagement (up to 5 hours per week - total of 40 hours). This consultant will be responsible for reviewing the risk assessment and internal control portion of the audit program for their small real-estate client ($4.5 MM revenue - 2 entities). The goal of this engagement is to ensure that audit program planning portion has been filled out completely and accurately in PPC Checkpoint and would pass a peer review. The ideal person for this role will have working experience performing audits of small businesses and is comfortable preparing audit plans, documentation, and completing an audit program.

Requirements

  • Accounting Degree - with a strong understanding of GAAP (CPA, plus not required)

  • Previous audit experience (ideally in a public accounting environment)

  • Experience with PPC Checkpoint or any similar audit program software

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
