Bring your accounting experience and know-how to a dynamic, growing team at Robert Half, now seeking a permanent Senior Accountant in the Marina Del Rey, California area. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This position offers a great long-term growth potential, including a strong compensation and benefits package for the candidate. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills that excels working in a challenging and fast-paced work environment while contributing to the continued success of the firm.
Requirements
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Sound written and verbal communication skills
General ledger experience required
Strong familiarity with Yardi Software
Comprehensive knowledge of financial statement preparation
Must have excellent time management skills
3+ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
Skilled with ERP systems
Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
