Robert Half International HCM Coordinator in MARION, New York

As the HCM Coordinator, your responsibilities will include data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. Located in the Marion, New York area, this position is ideal for individuals seeking full-time employment. Candidate must exhibit strong communication skills and be able to work with both the internal team and external customers. What you get to do every single day

  • Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

  • Collect and enter payroll for multiple locations into spreadsheets and the payroll system

  • Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals

  • Administer reports as instructed and make them easily accessible by distributing them

-Maintain office efficiency by fulfilling clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Produce and run custom reports


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1+ years of previous payroll experience

  • Payroll for over 500 employees experience

  • HCM experience

  • Perform Data Entry experience

  • Data Analysis experience highly desired

  • Command of SAP HR Payroll, highly desired

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Skilled in Payroll software

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Eagerness to master new systems
