Description
We are in search of a Java Developer Developer to join our team in the automotive industry at our Marysville, Ohio location. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with the development of PDDA and EOS applications and working closely with the SCRUM team to create solutions based on customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance our PDDA and EOS applications using Java, Angular, and OpenShift.
Participate in Scrum meetings, working closely with product owners and the rest of the development team.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
Document and maintain software functionality.
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in Java development.
Knowledge of Springboard, Angular, and OpenShift.
Experience working in a Scrum team and using software development tools such as Jira, GitHub or Bitbucket.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and in team settings.
