Description Bilingual Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will

  • provide exceptional customer service for customers located in Mexico through the timely and accurate entering and reviewing of orders and responding to and resolving customer related issues.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking, expediting and following up on customer orders, returns, credit memos, debit memos, and failed invoices for an assigned geographic region

*- Review and price customer orders for an assigned geographic region; contact customers when there will be a difference in price from their order to our invoicing

  • Communicate with customers, sales force, and other departments on orders status to research, problem solve, analyze and resolve complex customer issues

  • Process Competitive Activity Reports and accurately maintain customer specific pricing information

  • Understand and interpret customer needs and wants; may regularly experience demanding customers

*Consult and keep management apprised on significant account developments or activities

  • Work closely with the Graphics Department to process custom print orders

  • Work closely with the Master Data Department to keep customer information updated and accurate

The Qualifications for Bilingual Customer Service Representative

-Six (6) months experience in a customer service field

  • Requires excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English, necessary for communication with internal and external customers; verbal skills to include a pleasant phone demeanor

  • Ability to prepare outlines, reports, letters, and any other supplemental materials in a clear and concise, detail oriented manner

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and make sound decisions without immediate supervision

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    • Data entry experience

    • SAP experience

  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese Requirements Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Office Programs, Spanish Language
