Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Insurance industry. Major responsibilities
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Field and send written business correspondence
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
MS Outlook experience
Travel arrangements experience
Command of Microsoft Word
Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning
Microsoft Excel experience
Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience highly desired
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
