Your responsibilities in this role

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook

  • Travel arrangements experience preferred

  • Proven knowledge of meeting coordination and planning

  • Experience with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

  • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • success driven attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
